Steps to Remove a Sticker from Your Car Window

Step 1 : Spray adhesive remover onto towel
When you choose which cleaner you want to use, spray it on your microfiber towel and rub it on the sticker in consistent circles around the edges of the sticker. This helps the remover to dissolve the adhesive that's on the sticker.
Step 2 : Peel using the razor blade
Use the razor blade to gently peel away the sticker along with the adhesive. Start with an edge, and gently push the blade underneath the sticker and peel the adhesive away from the window.
Step 3 : Rinse and Repeat
Repeat the first two steps until the sticker is entirely gone. If adhesive is still visible, respray the cleaner on your towel and use the razor blade to scrape off the remainder of the sticker.
Step 4 : Spray Windex onto the window
When the sticker is gone, spray the Windex for a clear, shiny car window! This removes the oily residue leftover from the remover and the adhesive.

This process will allow you to change your stickers as frequently as possible, leaving your car window damage free!

Check out our YouTube video on how to remove stickers using WD-40 and Bio Breakdown. In the video, we compare which one works better for removing stickers. While we found that WD-40 works well to remove stickers, Bio Breakdown works better! On top of its excellent sticker-removing capabilities, it is an organic product made right here in our home state of Colorado that we use all the time to help clean sticky residue from our machines.

Random Fact of the Day

Did you know before the invention of automobiles, businesses would communicate with the public by printing their advertisements on horse fly nets! In the 1920s, the first bumper sticker came around, but it was not a sticker; it was made out of metal or cardboard attached to the car by wires.
