Artwork
File format: The following formats are acceptable for uploads: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, PDF. All file formats, ensure all layers are flattened.
Resolution: In order for an image to print correctly, all file formats must be submitted at a resolution of 350 dpi at 100% of the final print size, 1/16″ for safe zone away from the trim line, and bleeds also 1/16th″. When file resolution is lower than 350 dpi, the final print may have a drop in the image quality.

First, try refreshing your page. Then, check to make sure you are using approved file formats that are stated on the upload page. Additionally, make sure it is one file at a time. Our system cannot handle multiple pieces of art for one item. Lastly, if you can’t move forward from this page, make sure your quantity minimum is set to 50. If it is still not working, contact customer service at 720-618-5310 and we will make sure your artwork gets into the job queue!
Once we receive final approval, no changes are able to be made since the artwork goes straight to our press to be created as quickly as possible. We recommend viewing your proof carefully and make as many changes as you need before you approve the work.
When creating your sticker, we will adjust the size in order to maintain the original artwork’s proportions. If you need changes made, let us know during the proofing process before approval.
If your artwork is low quality, we recommend finding the highest-quality version of your artwork as possible. If it is a vector image, your best options are using AI, PDF, ESP, etc. If it is a raster image, we require a resolution of 300 dpi in order to print your design properly. If it is too low, we will contact you with the next steps.
